1. Who is responsible

2. What we store

Wallet address and the account built on it (handle, display name, bio, avatar). Videos you upload, captions, hashtags, likes, comments, follows. Trades that reference a video and the fee share booked from them. Paper trades live only in your browser and are never sent to us.

Technical data: IP address and browser data in server logs (kept briefly for security and abuse prevention), a random visitor id in your browser to count views once, and settings you choose (stored in your browser).

If you apply for a job: name or handle, contact, the link you give and your message.

3. Why

To run the platform (accounts, feed, trading flow, fee share), to keep it safe (rate limits, abuse prevention, moderation) and to improve it (aggregate usage). We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers.

4. Third parties

Blockchain data is public by nature: your trades are visible on Solana regardless of BURNER. Market data and coin metadata come from public sources (pump.fun, Jupiter, IPFS gateways). Videos are transcoded and served from our own media storage or a storage provider acting on our behalf. Some content may be generated with third-party AI services when a user requests it.

5. How long

Account and content data for as long as your account exists or the content is public. Server logs for a short, fixed period. Job applications until the position is filled or you ask us to delete them.

6. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing, under the GDPR. Write to [email protected]. Note that blockchain records cannot be deleted by anyone. You can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

7. Cookies and storage

BURNER uses browser storage for your session token, your settings, your watchlist and your paper positions. No third-party advertising cookies.
