Terms of use

What BURNER is, what it is not, and what you agree to when you use it. Last updated September 24, 2026.

1. What BURNER is

BURNER is a video platform for memecoins on Solana. Users post short videos on coins that already exist on third-party launchpads (currently pump.fun). Next to each video, BURNER shows market data and lets you send trades to the blockchain from your own wallet.

BURNER is not an exchange, broker, custodian or investment adviser. BURNER never holds your funds or your private keys. Every trade is signed by you, in your wallet, and executed by the blockchain and the respective liquidity venue, not by BURNER.

2. Paper mode and live mode

BURNER may run in paper mode, in which trades are simulated in your browser and no funds move. The status line on every page states which mode you are on. Paper positions are not assets and have no value.

In live mode, trades are real, irreversible blockchain transactions. Prices move fast; the amount you receive can differ from the preview within the slippage you accepted.

3. Fees

BURNER charges a platform fee per trade, taken from the trade amount, at the rate shown on the trade panel and on the home page. Part of that fee is paid to the creator of the video the buy came from and, where applicable, to a referrer. Fee rules can change; the current rule is always read from the server and shown in the app.

Blockchain network fees and fees of the liquidity venue are separate and not controlled by BURNER.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to videos you post. By posting, you grant BURNER a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, transcode, display and distribute the video on the platform and in previews of it.

You must have the rights to what you post. Do not upload other people’s footage as your own, content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or that promotes scams. BURNER may review, hold, hide or remove content and may suspend accounts at its discretion.

Videos on coins you do not hold may wait for the slot holder or for review before they are public.

5. Accounts and wallets

Your account is your wallet. Signing a message proves you control it. You are responsible for your keys, your device and everything done with your wallet. BURNER cannot recover keys or reverse transactions.

6. No advice, no guarantees

Nothing on BURNER is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Market data, chain checks, stickers and rankings are provided as-is from public sources and can be wrong, late or incomplete. You make your own decisions.

BURNER is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent permitted by law, BURNER excludes all warranties and is not liable for losses from trading, from third-party services, from blockchain failures or from your use of the platform.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto-asset services where you live. Do not use BURNER where it is prohibited or where you would be subject to sanctions.

8. Changes and law

These terms can change; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Austrian law applies, to the extent mandatory consumer law does not say otherwise. Contact: [email protected].
